Did you know the World's Largest time capsule is in Nebraska? Either did I! Back in 1975, Harold Keith Davisson decided to make sure his grandchildren would remember what it was like when he was around and constructed a 45 ton vault on his store front lawn. He filled it with cars, motorcycle, letters and so much more, over 5000 objects to be revealed this July 4, 2025.
In 1999, Mr. Davisson passed away and left his legacy to be unearthed. He did in fact warn his daughter that the time capsule would not have enough room to open the capsule lid from the inside making the work of finding out what lies in side a bit harder.
